This is the 3rd in our series of blogs about the process of manifesting a new dream or intention. Over the last 2 weeks we have talked about Planting and Protecting Your Dream.
This week we move on to Step 3: Feed Your Dream, by becoming really clear how we want to feel, connecting with that emotion over and over, and taking action steps that lead us in alignment with that feeling.
As humans we tend to think we have to make everything happen by ourselves, and spend a lot of head time, trying to work out how to make our dreams a reality.
But when we choose to create in harmony with universal principles, the how of creation is not our problem. In setting an intention we tap into the creative power of the universe and our responsibility is to stay focused on the feeling we desire to experience and let the universe sort out the how.
You see, research in the field of quantum physics, which studies the smallest building blocks of matter, is demonstrating 3 things.

- Physical reality arises out of a 'quantum field' of pure potentiality that exists all the time and holds every possibility that there is
- Our emotions communicate with that field
The reality we experience arises out of the 'unconscious conversation' between our predominant emotions and that field of possibility. So connecting regularly with the feeling of what you are wanting to experience, is the key step to making lasting positive change and enabling your dreams and intentions to manifest into the physical realm.
So for this week take your journal and write your answer to the question How do I want to feel? as clearly as you can. Take your time over this and come back to it as often as you need.
Then let yourself feel what it will be like to have the dream fulfilled, and take action steps that create this feeling in your life right now.
Finally look for where you are already experiencing that feeling in your life as it is now. Focus your attention there and make space to experience that emotion more and more often in your daily life. Keep connecting into the emotional reality of your dream as it manifests.
